*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a motivated and experienced *Director of IT Services* to lead our service operations. This role will oversee the technical team, manage client-facing projects, and ensure seamless delivery of IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep expertise in Microsoft Suite products and services, comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, strong understanding of cloud solutions, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for optimizing processes and customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Team Leadership*: Manage and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring high performance, continuous development, and excellent service delivery.
* *Microsoft Expertise*: Provide guidance and training on Microsoft Suite products and services, including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure, Intune and related tools. Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft technologies and ensure team proficiency.
* *Cybersecurity Oversight*: Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices across all systems and services, including monitoring for vulnerabilities, maintaining compliance, and educating the team on security protocols. Lead initiatives to protect client environments from threats and ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
* *Service Operations*: Oversee day-to-day service operations, including system monitoring, incident management, and proactive system maintenance using RMM tools.
* *Project Management*: Plan and manage IT projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, SharePoint implementations, network design and installation, and other client-facing initiatives.
* *Vendor Management*: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, particularly Microsoft and other key partners, to stay updated on tools, technologies, and solutions to enhance service offerings.
* *Client Engagement*: Act as a point of escalation for clients and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
* *Process Improvement*: Develop, document, and refine processes to improve service delivery, cybersecurity protocols, and operational efficiency.
* *Business Alignment*: Work closely with sales, account management, and leadership teams to align service strategies with business goals.
*Qualifications:*
* 3-year of proven experience in IT service management, operations, or a related role within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT services company.
* Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Suite products and services, including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure, Intune and related tools.
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and technologies, including firewalls, antivirus tools, endpoint protection, data encryption, and security incident management.
* Experience implementing or maintaining cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) is highly desirable.
* Proficiency with RMM tools, backup and disaster recovery solutions, cloud solutions, network infrastructure and VOIP systems,.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing technical teams.
* Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
* Familiarity with vendor relationships and the ability to evaluate new tools/solutions.
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
* Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365), or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
