We are delighted to be partnering with a leading FinTech company known for their Enterprise Data Management (EDM) software solutions. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their NY team. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of Account Management experience across Financial Services or Financial Technology
• Track record of exceeding all growth targets through upsells and cross sells
• History of managing a book of key strategic accounts, preferably across Capital Markets
• Familiarity with TSIA frameworks and a commitment to customer-centric strategies.

The successful candidate will have complete ownership and accountability for ensuring revenue and customer retention within their assigned accounts and will do so through upselling and cross selling. You will also be responsible for tracking and forecasting all key metrics.
