The corporate Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for all administrative needs of the corporate retail team and supports retail stores in all day-to-day operations. This person will assist in executing projects that drive growth and profitability in our stores. This position will manage effective communication between the retail stores and cross functional corporate teams and ensure stores standards are maintained to align with Veronica Beard expectations.
This role is based in our NYC office and reports to the Retail Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee communication and data entry from corporate office to stores.
- Compile information from cross-functional corporate teams and send formatted communication twice weekly.
- Consolidate weekly business reporting and input data for corporate analysis.
- Update and maintain Operations folders in shared drive.
- Update and maintain corporate retail contact sheets and vendor lists.
- Organize and format monthly business recaps from stores.
- Create monthly retail newsletter and contest posters.
- Process store supply orders monthly and new store opening supply orders as needed.
- Manage account creation and vendor setup for new store openings.
- Create and manage retail employee logins & credentials as employees on/offboard.
- Submit and manage customer repairs and button requests from retail stores.
- Assist with physical inventories twice a year.
- Assist in stores and new store openings as needed.
- Submit and track repair & maintenance requests from retail stores.
- Process invoices, track approval signatures, and ensure timely processing.
- Organize travel as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years administrative or retail store experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in excel and power point
- Communicates effectively and professionally
- Self-starter, team oriented, and creative thinker
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables based on importance.
- POS experience and understanding of the luxury fashion industry a plus.
The base hourly range for this role is between $23.00 and $25.00. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications.
