Full-Time Sales Associate

Pictureline is looking for a motivated full-time sales and support person to join our in-store sales team. You will be responsible for educating and supporting customers on our products and motivating your coworkers to achieve their potential.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive self-starter that is able to keep up in a fast-paced business environment. The candidate should have a high degree of competency and enthusiasm regarding photographic/video equipment and technology and a willingness to learn about new products and techniques in a rapidly changing industry.

• Candidates must be dependable and punctual

• Capacity for quick thinking with a proactive attitude and a constant eye on opportunities for improvement

• Ability to multi-task and re-arrange your daily schedule to tackle new priorities that regularly arise

• Ability to direct and work with a team, but also work independently

• Capacity to monitor, review and report on sales and performance objectives

• Analyzing current market conditions and competitor information to increase market capture and identify opportunities

• Retail or wholesale sales experience

• Outstanding communication, organizational, leadership, negotiation, and time-management skills

• A strong desire and self-motivation to achieve and exceed personal and business goals

• 4-year bachelor’s degree

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday and every other Saturday.
