We are seeking a talented Client Service Manager to consult with, guide and service an assigned book of retirement plan clients. This is a small business environment with lots of support and room for personal development and growth.
Responsibilities:
? Provide advice and develop solutions for current and future clients, execute strategies to consistently illustrate value and retain clients.
? Establish, maintain, and nurture client relationships (front line and decision makers).
? Schedule and attend regular client meetings to ensure their needs are being met.
? Coordinate data collection and presentation preparation for client meetings.
? Run standardized investment analysis for review and approval by advisor.
? Take notes at meetings and independently follow-up, consult and advise with clients on issues that arise during meetings. Address, resolve, follow-up and communicate resolutions to clients.
? Manage Retirement Plan Advisory Group Tool Suite (industry specific software) from account set up and upkeep, to report preparation and file maintenance.
? Work with Fidelity Wealthscape system to service individual wealth management clients including requesting distributions, placing trades, preparing and submitting paperwork.
? Participate in team assignments and special projects as needed.
? Operate in accordance with established protocol and procedures.
? Coordinate and conduct group education meetings for client’s employees.
? Present analysis to client during formal committee meetings.
? Act as a resource on compliance issues.
Qualifications:
Prior knowledge of the retirement plan industry working for a Third Party Administrator (TPA), Record Keeper, or consulting firm is beneficial but not a requirement. We are willing to train. Key personal characteristics include:
