Olympic West Fire & Security, LLC, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Fire Alarm Sales Representative to join our team and help us achieve our goals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company while advancing your career in sales.
The Fire Alarm Sales Executive is responsible for selling the installation of fire alarms systems for new construction and tenant improvements offered by Olympic West Fire Protection, LLC to current and new clientele.

Fire Alarm Sales Executive Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain a network of resources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs.
- Demonstrate the functions and utility of products and services to customers based on their needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Provide sales forecast for assigned territory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Fire Alarm Sales Executive Qualifications:
- Must have experience with the fire alarm industry.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or related field.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
- Thorough knowledge of assigned territory, market, and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to travel.
