Requirements:

• Estimator / Project Manager
• Analyzed contracts and drawings to understand project requirements.
• Evaluated contractor estimates for pricing and conformity to project specifications.
• Collaborated with site superintendents and subcontractors to develop and update project schedules.
• Prepared, reviewed, and submitted all project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Organized and conducted meetings with various staff and consultants, representing BEC in project meetings.
• Prepared estimates completed material and quantity takeoffs, and cultivated relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff.

• It's essentially a sales/business development position as much as it is an estimating position. A major component of this role will be building relationships and finding business.
