Land Development Project Manager

Location: Palm Bay, FL

I'm working with a leading national homebuilder looking for a Land Development Project Manager to turn raw land into thriving neighborhoods. This role is a great mix of fieldwork (75%) and office coordination (25%), perfect for someone who enjoys dynamic, hands-on projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage vendors and contractors to develop land for home and amenity construction.
• Review civil improvement plans, geotechnical reports, and landscaping designs.
• Oversee schedules, infrastructure installation, and quality control.
• Track milestones, manage budgets, and address any field issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes, plus SWPPP and dust control practices.

What You'll Need:

• Experience: Associated degree and 3+ years in civil construction, landscaping, or a related field.
