Supply Chain Planner Compensation and Benefits

• Pay –  $80,000 annually + bonus

Supply Chain Planner Qualifications

• College degree within Business or Supply chain is required.
• 5 years of experience managing a demand plan is required.
• Proficiency in demand planning or forecasting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive market trends and supply chain dynamics.
• Certification in supply chain management (APICS, CPIM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Supply Chain Planner Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for vehicles and auto parts using statistical models, historical sales data, and market insights.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce excess inventory.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather information on promotions, campaigns, and new product launches to adjust demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage lead times, optimize inventory levels, and mitigate supply risks.
• Prepare regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and supply chain KPIs.
• Continuously improve demand planning processes by incorporating advanced forecasting tools and best practices.
• Assist in developing strategies to align inventory planning with the company’s growth targets and budget.
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to demand planning to leadership and key stakeholders.
