Key Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency:
- Support the Operations Manager in streamlining daily business processes and workflows.
- Monitor operational KPIs and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site to ensure seamless execution of operational plans.
- Help manage resource allocation and ensure timely completion of projects.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze current procedures and recommend enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Document and implement new operational processes to align with business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Support the preparation of operational reports for senior leadership review.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Contribute to risk mitigation efforts by identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Location Requirement: Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site daily.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years in an operations, logistics, or project coordination role.
- Exposure to working with clients or internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office and operational management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
