About the Role :

We’re seeking Senior Associate Attorneys with 5+ years of experience in Complex Litigation, Trial, and Toxic Tort matters. Required skills and tasks include drafting and responding to pleadings/discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, preparing cases for trial, and overall case management. Our ideal candidate would be a self-starter with mentoring experience who can multitask, work against deadlines, and communicate exceptionally while operating in a team environment and independently.

Required Skil ls:

All candidates must be current members of the CA Bar in good standing.

5+ years of Civil Litigation experience.

Strong legal research and writing skills.
