Role Description

This is a full-time on-site civil litigation/Trial Attorney role located in Vero Beach, FL, or any of our 8 office locations throughout Florida. The Trial Attorney should have significant experience in all litigation-related tasks including preparing complaints and motions, representing clients in trials, conducting depositions, and advocating for clients in legal proceedings.

Qualifications

• Law and Trial skills
• Experience in preparing Motions and conducting Depositions
• Knowledge of court proceedings and advocacy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently
• Timely and courteous communication with clients
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar license. Board certification is a plus
