I'm working with a fast-growing homebuilder seeking a Construction Project Manager & Estimator to join their Indianapolis team. This role focuses on managing high-end custom residential projects while preparing detailed cost estimates, a unique opportunity for someone ready to take on a rewarding challenge.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom homes, including labor, materials, and specialty finishes.
• Manage budgets, create purchase orders, and handle change order pricing.
• Collaborate with site superintendents, architects, and interior designers to keep projects on track.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, maintain quality, and solve issues proactively.

What You'll Need:

• Experience: 3+ years in residential construction project management and estimating, with a focus on custom homes.
