The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of North America Slicing Equipment projects for our customers. This includes expediting the project timelines, ensuring quality through inspections, and managing logistics to ensure timely delivery. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes, including coordination with teams in Flawil, Switzerland.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute Slicing Equipment project plans in collaboration with internal teams and customers for North America
- Lead projects ranging from $100,000 to $7 million USD from requirements gathering through final delivery, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with management on defining and tracking success metrics.
- Align project goals with customer needs and organizational objectives by collaborating with customer service, sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project updates, milestones, and status reports.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and provide updates on progress.
- Manage customer testing at the Ingenuity Center (PIC) and customer locations.
- Create and maintain punch lists until customer acceptance of installations.
- Coordinate FAT schedules, kick-off meetings, and post-installation review meetings.
- Build and maintain an application library with data and sales tools.
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Representative for smooth project execution.
- Travel to customer locations with the sales team as needed (approximately 30%).

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferred) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management skills with proficiency using PM tools or software.
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused, market-driven mindset for project execution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and with customers.
- International experience or ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food processing, packing equipment, or related manufacturing technologies is a plus.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$110,000 - $130,00 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
