Position Overview:
As a Corporate Recruiter at HR-1, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to conduct recruitment activities.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing efforts.
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for a variety of different positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and potentially internationally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
