Randstad Digital, the world’s leading partner for talent, is investing in the PNW! We're looking for a highly skilled relationship-focused sales professional to support one of our strategic accounts for our Consumer Retail vertical.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling our services. We prioritize building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, aiming to deeply understand their needs for mutual success.

• Serve as an expert business consultant
• Leverage RD's existing strengths to be recognized as the primary driver of digital transformation in the areas of cloud and infrastructure, customer experience, data & analytics, and digital & product engineering.
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with your client and internal team to maximize growth within an account.
• Execute new agreements aimed at surpassing revenue and margin expectations.

What you need to bring:

• 2-5 years of sales experience in the staffing industry or IT services space
• Proven history of expanding services within Fortune 500 accounts
• Ability to travel to client site in Issaquah as needed (1-2x per week)
• Skill in cultivating enduring relationships founded on principles of integrity.
• Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, influence, and negotiation.
• A history of outperformance
