In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements while collaborating with development teams to implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define project objectives.
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Develop process models, workflows, and system diagrams to communicate requirements and solutions effectively.
- Work with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into functional specifications.
- Support testing efforts by creating test plans, test cases, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other documentation to communicate findings and progress.
Qualifications:
- Local to the Minneapolis area and available for hybrid work
- W2 only (not available for C2C)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
