Who You Are - You're a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring a positive attitude, a knack for problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills. Specifically, you:
- Have outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
- Are punctual, dependable, and committed to your team.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Type at least 40 words per minute with ease.
- Adapt quickly to new challenges and technology.
- Are available to work weekends (preferred but not required) and can take on flexible shifts.
- Bring prior experience in customer service or call centers (a plus, but not required).
- Speak Spanish fluently (extra pay provided for bilingual skills).

What You'll Be Doing - Empowering Small Businesses: Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and deliver excellent customer service.

- Resolving Customer Inquiries: Act as the first point of contact for resolving questions or concerns, using problem-solving skills to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Update and manage customer information in the system with precision, ensuring schedules, messages, and details are always up-to-date and accessible.
Job Details - Type: Full-time (40 hours per week; 5 days, 8-hour shifts).
- Hours: Shifts between 9 AM - 8 PM; weekend availability preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, talk, and type for extended periods.
