Who You Are
  • You're a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring a positive attitude, a knack for problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills. Specifically, you:
  • Have outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
  • Are punctual, dependable, and committed to your team.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Type at least 40 words per minute with ease.
  • Adapt quickly to new challenges and technology.
  • Are available to work weekends (preferred but not required) and can take on flexible shifts.
  • Bring prior experience in customer service or call centers (a plus, but not required).
  • Speak Spanish fluently (extra pay provided for bilingual skills).

  • Resolving Customer Inquiries: Act as the first point of contact for resolving questions or concerns, using problem-solving skills to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Update and manage customer information in the system with precision, ensuring schedules, messages, and details are always up-to-date and accessible.
Job Details
  • Type: Full-time (40 hours per week; 5 days, 8-hour shifts).
  • Hours: Shifts between 9 AM - 8 PM; weekend availability preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, talk, and type for extended periods.
