Our client in Arnold, MO is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the front office team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and exceptional organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour (negotiable based on skillset)
What's the Job?

• Answer main line phone calls and transfer the calls to the appropriate team members
• Answer dealer phone calls on a daily basis as outlined by the Customer Service Manager
• Greet customers and vendors in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Assist the team with various office tasks
• Maintain a professional and organized front office environment

What's Needed?

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Experience answering phones in an office setting, preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
