Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Producing Sales Manager at Rate in Las Vegas. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting a sales team, developing marketing strategies, building realtor/builder relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Sales Manager will develop new relationships in the field and leverage past COI to help customers get into a new home, or refinance.

Qualifications

**You must be a current Loan officer or Mortgage Sales Manager to apply**

• Strong Customer Relationship & Communication skills
• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and programs
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous experience in the finance or mortgage industry is a must (2+ years)
