Examples of what you'll do ...
  • Talk to our customers about any of our services (pest control, lawn, termite, etc.)
  • Understand and document customer requests and provide prompt, friendly assistance
  • Schedule service appointments, route our service technicians, and work with your team to help achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with service technicians, with sales team, with management, etc.
What we are looking for ...
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Excellent phone manner - able to confidently and professionally communicate with our customers, fellow employees, and management
  • Organized, attention to detail, strong multi-tasker
  • Eager to learn and grow

This position will be in our new Vero Beach office, anticipated opening is September 2024. We are seeking candidates that live in the Vero Beach vicinity.
Please note: new hire training will be @ our Fort Pierce branch office @ 2820 Reynolds Dr, Fort Pierce, FL 34945, until Vero office opens.
