Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm smile and a positive attitude.
  • Phone and Email Handling: Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and respond to emails promptly.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Client Assistance: Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Office Coordination: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional first impression for all visitors.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Focus: A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others and providing excellent service.
  • Proficiency in Technology: Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Previous Experience (Preferred): Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
