Job Details

You should have/know some of the following:

5+ years experience managing overall operations (safety, quality, procurement, logistics, maintenance, budget, etc.) in an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Experience in an industrial steel manufacturing plant and/or CNC machine shop preferred
Experience with moderate to complex project management involving materials and manufacturing processes
Experience with moderate to complex operations with products on manufacturing lines including cutting steel plate, fitting, welding and outfitting
Knowledge of machines and tools used for steel fabrication (plasma tables, saws, press brakes, welders, CNC machining), including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
Ability to apply quality control for moderate regulatory & testing requirements
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
