Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic Sales team. This position offers an incredible opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a team of Sales professionals dedicated to excellence. You will be a key partner with sales in qualifying prospects as well as demonstrating our platforms technical capabilities to potential customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Support Sales by developing and delivering product demonstrations to potential clients, translating technical features into business benefits.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target key opportunities within the market, developing strategic sales plans.
3. Understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
5. Stay updated on product developments and updates, as well as industry trends and market dynamics.
6. Utilize Hubspot for tracking customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasting.
7. Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback from clients and become technically proficient with each product.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales or solutions architect type role, preferably within FinTech or SaaS based companies.
3. Solid understanding of Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) and Broadly Syndicated Loan (BSL).
4. Proven track record of qualifying prospects.
5. Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
6. Proficiency in using Hubspot or similar CRM software.
7. Self-motivated, with a strong drive for success and a passion for technology.
8. Must be willing to travel within region about 50% of the time.
