Title: Salesforce Admin – Voice Cloud Omnichannel Specialist
Location: Century City - Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite
Overview of Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin with a specialization in Voice Cloud Omnichannel experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce administration and development, with expertise in automation, process flows, and omnichannel communication tools. This role will require a mix of technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into impactful Salesforce solutions.
Company Description:
Our client is a mid-size legal practice focused on consumer protection rights and class action suits. They focus on state-of-the-art legal technology and are quickly expanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Salesforce Lightning and Communications Cloud, focusing on omnichannel engagement tools (voice, texting, and more).
- Configure and optimize Salesforce for call routing and voice-over-IP tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, implement changes, and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
- Develop and maintain process builders, flows, and automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate and manage tools like Gravity Forms (preferred but not required).
- Work with Palantir and other platforms as needed to support business objectives.
- Ensure seamless voice and engagement experiences for agents using Salesforce's omnichannel capabilities.
- Provide support for Salesforce-related inquiries and troubleshoot system issues.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (required).
- Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning and omnichannel communication tools.
- Strong background in process automation, including flow and process builder configurations.
- Familiarity with Gravity Forms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze, design, and implement business requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience working with cloud-based engagement and communication tools like voice-over-IP systems.
- Exposure to Palantir for data insights and integrations.
