We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join a growing IT team at a leading manufacturing company. You will be responsible for providing support to end-users across their internal IT and manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure end-user needs are met, whilst ensuring the overall smooth running of their manufacturing systems and processes.

What do you need to do the job?

Experience in the manufacturing (ideally pharma) industry is essential.

3+ years of experience in a support-focused role.

Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and resolve issues in an efficient manner.

Work with various business units to ensure the needs of end-users are met.
