• Designs, builds, and maintains dashboards and reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Monitors SQL Server Agent processes to identify and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Optimizes and enhances existing database systems for better performance and scalability.
• Provides technical support for database and application-related issues, analyzing root causes and implementing fixes.
• Researches and recommends emerging technologies to enhance the organization’s data infrastructure and processes.
• Develops and maintains clear, organized documentation for workflows, standards, and reference materials.
• Resolves challenges related to Access databases and Google Forms.
• Demonstrates proficiency in C#, XML, and JSON technologies.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years working with Microsoft SQL Server environments, with expertise in versions 2017 and later.
• Advanced T-SQL development skills.
• Proficient in utilizing SQL Server tools, including Management Studio, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Access and VBA scripting.
• Familiarity with creating APIs is advantageous.
• Experience working with MySQL database systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, is highly desirable.
