Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV (89119) – Onsite

Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship available)

Talent Groups is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead and deliver IT and digital projects onsite in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate has strong project management fundamentals, experience with system integrations, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience in gaming or hospitality technology is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee multiple IT and digital projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• System Integration: Manage platform integrations, including Tacit, POS systems, booking engines, and APIs.
• Vendor Coordination: Oversee vendor relationships, training, and system rollouts.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and clear communication.
• Agile Practices: Implement Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Budget Management: Build and manage project financials and budgets.
• Technical Oversight: Facilitate server builds with a high-level understanding of related technology.
• Risk & Stakeholder Management: Identify risks and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 5+ years in IT/digital project management.
• Knowledge of Tacit and QikServe is a plus.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP preferred.

• Skills:
• Proficient in Smartsheet, Jira, and Basecamp.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and RESTful APIs.
• Basic understanding of server builds.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, vendor management, and communication abilities.

Preferred Knowledge:

Experience with the following platforms is advantageous:

• Tacit: Digital ordering solutions.
• QikServe: Self-service solutions.
• SevenRooms: Hospitality management.
• PeopleVine: Customer engagement tools.
• Zero Bond: Hospitality platforms.
