We are seeking an experienced HRMS Functional Support Analyst with expertise in Workday’s HRMS application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workforce Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll, and will work closely with technical and business teams to support and implement HRMS solutions. This role involves providing ongoing functional support to maximize the use of the Workday HRMS application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation and upgrades of HRMS applications.
• Troubleshoot and provide daily user support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address issues and enhancements.
• Lead requirement analysis sessions and assist with system configuration and testing.
• Provide mentoring and continuous knowledge transfer to users.
• Assist with regulatory updates and application adjustments.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience supporting and implementing Workday HRMS applications.
• Expertise in core modules such as Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Recruiting, and Absence Management.
• Strong knowledge of HR business practices and business process re-engineering.
• Experience with security configuration, QA testing, and report development in Workday.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting Workday HRMS applications.
• 6+ years of experience in Workday HRMS system implementation/upgrade.
• Experience with two or more full Workday SDLC implementations.
