Join Aditi Consulting’s Engineering Team as we embark on an exciting journey to become an AI-driven company. We are looking for a visionary Engineering Manager to lead the charge in transforming our organization through cutting-edge AI initiatives, fostering innovation, and driving impactful technological change.
*Candidates must be based in Bellevue, WA, or its surrounding areas.
*This is a hybrid position, 3 days/week in the Bellevue office and two days working from home.
Responsibilities.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Define and execute the roadmap for integrating AI/ML solutions across our processes and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and align technical solutions with business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end process of building scalable AI-driven architectures, from ideation to deployment.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
Technical Requirements.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager/Delivery Manager or any similar role with a focus on AI/ML or emerging technologies.
- Deep technical expertise in AI/ML platforms, data engineering, and scalable architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Presales expertise (RFI, RFP, SoWs).
- Proven ability to align technical execution with business objective.
