Job Description

As a Workday HCM Functional Consultant, you will:

• Administer the core Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system module.
• Provide support for functional administrators of all other Workday HCM modules in use.
• Design process/workflow configurations, application/worklet configurations, user personas, taxonomies, hierarchies, and access management.
• Test and address technical issues (break/fix), new functionality, and user business requirements.
• Strive for world-class data quality, robust processes, exceptional user experience, and optimal feature utilization.
• Identify, recommend, and track opportunities for process and operational improvements.
• Manage the launch of new modules and releases, including project management.
• Use Workday data and expert Excel/Cognos skills to help HR and business teams make data-driven decisions.
• Design, configure, test, and debug new business processes and system enhancements.
• Train new users and assist with the adoption of new functionality.
• Collaborate with users to specify and evaluate requirements.
• Stay current with Workday developments and effectively communicate updates to the team.
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
