The incumbent in this position is responsible for the administration of the retail inventory across all STOFI retail locations and technology systems. The individual is responsible for the retail inventory and price book for all STOFI retail locations. The Retail Inventory Analyst supports the Smoke Shop and Trading Post Management teams by maintaining the item inventory database, accurate retail pricing, product costs, profit margins, and reporting. High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an Associate’s degree, and college-level course work and a current technology certification, such as Microsoft O365 Certification, is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience with inventory management, inventory counts, and inventory reporting is required. Must demonstrate working knowledge of Point-of-Sale environments and project management experience are preferred. Must demonstrate strong ability to gather and interpret data from various sources is required. Must demonstrate advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages and databases; including advanced proficiency in Agilysys InfoGenesis, Agilysys EATEC, Gaming Hospital System and Universal Desktop Systems is preferred. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and be able to travel to all Seminole Tribe of Florida Reservations and facilities. Must demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to make presentations to a large group. Must have the ability to be on call for twenty-four hours and/or regularly work on various shifts, weekends, evenings and/or holidays as deemed necessary.
