Must Haves:

• 1+ years of experience in a network operations, digital operations, or media operations facility

• Prior experience with L1 monitoring: supporting digital video workflows and escalations

• Prior experience with digital encoder set up of event-based streaming

• Experience working with engineering to monitor traditional and digital signal transmission

Day to Day:

Insight Global is hiring for a L1 Digital/Broadcast Operator to sit onsite here in Stamford, CT for a large, streaming & multimedia company. This person will work 4 10-hour shifts with 3 month-rotation of shifts. This person will be responsible for single live event broadcast coverage (real-time monitoring) and L1 support.
