Network Services Manager Hybrid 1 day onsite 4 days remote - Must live in Southern, CA

Well branded industry leading healthcare company is looking to hire a Manager of Network Services to lead a team of 8-12 comprised of Network and Telecom Engineers.

This person will be responsible for overseeing, and being a hands on technical manager.

What you will do:

• Management for Network technical staff.
• Identification and assessment of business needs relative to implementation of technology, coordination and project management for technical projects, implementations, maintenance, and development of industry-standard technical protocols and procedures.
• Ensuring reliable network connectivity solutions, data transport and storage, capacity planning, client accessibility, change management, staff development, functional cross-training, and team building.
• Administrative responsibilities include development and management of capital and operating budgets, staffing , productivity, performance reviews and quality customer service, education and team leadership.

What gets you the job:

• 5-10 years of Cisco and Palo Alto experience.
• 5+ years of experience with multiple network infrastructure technologies/tools.
• Five (5) years supervisory experience & managing multiple projects.
• Over three (3) years in healthcare network environment & with large scale projects a HUGE plus, if not healthcare, visibility to a 24/7 environment.
• SD-Access and ACI is a huge plus.
