Full Stack Developer
Washington DC (Onsite / Hybrid)
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to assist with the digital health transformation efforts within the Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) program management office. The ideal candidate is an experienced developer who is comfortable designing, developing, testing, and maintaining front-end and back-end components of web applications and low-code tools. This person will play a pivotal role in driving work end-to-end by delivering code components for low-code platforms including Microsoft Power Platform. This role will be supporting administrative, program management, and select front office support teams.
This role will own low-code tool features end-to-end, through planning, design, development, release, and maintenance. As part of these responsibilities, this person will collaborate closely with other developers and key government and nongovernment client stakeholders to provide solutions to client needs. The ideal candidate is proficient with an object-oriented language (e.g., C#) and web languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript). Familiarity with the low-code tools they will be working on, including Microsoft Power Platform—Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages—is a plus, but not required.
Success in this role will be defined by the ability to work in ambiguity, to ramp up quickly on our client's low-code tools, and to deliver high-quality output. Comfort with contributing to existing documentation and reporting on status of platform development and forward plans for updates is critical, as is flexibility to adapt content based on client feedback. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into actionable objectives, and have the organizational acumen to manage multiple projects within deadlines. A collaborative spirit is essential for gathering necessary insights, data, and feedback from relevant stakeholders.
This person should be able to keep up to date with industry best practices and consolidate and incorporate lessons learned. In addition, this person should drive work independently and accurately prioritize responsibilities.This role will work closely with Prime contract team members, government leaders, vendors, and subcontractors in support of the DHMSM program.

- Solicit and incorporate stakeholder feedback into development plans in collaboration with fellow developers and government and nongovernment stakeholders
- Report on status of platform development and contribute to existing documentation and trainings
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, a related STEM discipline, or substantial experience
- Experience with front-end user interface and back-end database design and development
- Experience developing and maintaining web applications
- Proficiency with an object-oriented language (e.g., C#) and web languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript)
- Experience with relational databases
- U.S. citizen
PREFERRED QUALITIES:
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud infrastructure environments
- Experience with low-code tools including Microsoft Power Platform
- Has a CAC (Common Access Card), Security Clearance, or ability to obtain a CAC
