The Senior PM will play a key role in enabling data-driven decisions by ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to address challenges.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Monitor risks continuously and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide regular risk updates to stakeholders, with clear and actionable insights.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with vendors, business teams, and technology teams to align deliverables with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Provide project status updates, including progress, risks, and issues, to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Create a unified view of project, program, and portfolio status through rigorous governance frameworks.

Documentation and Standards:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation aligned with best practices.
  • Develop and document technical standards, practices, and policies to meet the needs of both technical and business users.
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and develop innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in program and project management, preferably in technical or data-related fields.
  • Experience leading complex technical development programs, including data management, data engineering, data warehousing, data analytics, data quality, and systems integration.
  • Proven ability to manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile Scrum frameworks throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of information systems and business functionality.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, collaboration tools, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Agile principles and experience in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data or cloud platform projects.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build effective partnerships.
  • Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
