ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager working onsite in San Francisco, CA to support our premier client’s payments music marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion. This is a 6-month contract role that offers a good mix of strategy and execution and allows leadership visibility and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed global promotional experiment strategy, design campaigns, project plans, including campaign goals and messaging. Create a GTM plan and identify marketing distribution channels, campaign schedule, and KPIs.
- Oversee concept and creative development of campaign materials to create compelling and effective marketing content.
- Partner with local teams to create strong processes and mechanisms to scale global promotions.
- Maintain Company’s brand and voice, while highlighting the unique value proposition of each partner participating in the campaign.
- Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders.
- Drive experiments to gather learnings about offer, creative, and messaging tests, document results, and share best practices to implement globally.
Required Skills:
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
- Minimum 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
- 4+ years of partner marketing and/or business development experience.
- BA/BS degree required
- Experience in project management, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once
Preferred Skills:
- 4+ years of experience with subscription-based consumer products.
- Mobile experience for consumer technology products or services.
- Experience with consumer products, media and/or e-commerce.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
- MBA/advanced degree.
