Job Description

A homeware/textile manufacturer is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager/Director to shape their brand’s presence. With a commitment to high-quality design and creative innovation, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will take charge of all marketing strategies and operations to support the company’s objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Develop and oversee a feasible marketing plan and ensure seamless day-to-day implementation.
  • Analyze market trends and direct the company’s market research efforts to identify opportunities.
  • Adapt strategies to meet changing market demands.
  • Plan and execute marketing functions, including product development, branding, and communications, ensuring consistency with the company’s unique voice.
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR efforts, and multi-channel marketing initiatives (digital and traditional).
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Build and maintain strong networks of strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and growth.
  • Meet or exceed production goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies and business plans.
  • Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and digital and traditional marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM).
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional business disciplines (e.g., IT, finance).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders.
  • A creative thinker with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
