What do we expect?
- Active mortgage originating license in at least one of 11 states in which we are licensed: VA, MD, DC, WV, FL, TX, CA, NC, SC, CO, NJ
- At least two years of current experience with a track record
- Passion to grow and succeed
- Good work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients and nurture existing relationships with clients, realtors, and other partners.
- Assist clients in the loan origination process by evaluating their financial needs and providing tailored mortgage solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing multilingual support.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable loan agreements.
- Follow compliance rules of the industry.
