RV/Marine Sales Director 


90,000 to 110,000 salary, Full time



Job Duties


You will be responsible for managing and growing the RV/Marine sector and will report to the President of the Company.  

You will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.

You will organize and conduct meetings with relative contacts and companies, own the entire sales cycle of contract negotiation, and ensure successful order volume.

You will work with Product managers, Marketing, and Representative Recruitment to ensure that the team and accounts are provided with the materials and programs needed to make them successful while making the Company profitable. 

You will provide timely and accurate sales forecasts. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation




Job Required Qualifications


10+ years of experience in RV/Marine market sales.

5 years of experience managing a sales team.

Demonstrated Knowledge of RV/Marine industry. 

Track record and examples of quickly building trust with customers of all backgrounds. Technical selling experience with a high technical acumen.

Must be self-motivated  and strong presentation, written and verbal skills.

Able to create realistic schedules and meet deadlines under stress and interruptions. Ability to negotiate in contracts, as well as excellent organizational, strategic, planning, and implementing skills.
