About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager – Sales to join our team in New York, NY . In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building and maintaining relationships with soccer teams, managing apparel customization orders, and ensuring every client gets the best experience possible. If you have a passion for soccer, sales, and brand growth , this is your chance to be part of something bigger.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for soccer teams, ensuring smooth communication and top-tier service.
  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales by identifying new team partnerships and managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Order Coordination: Oversee customization requests and ensure seamless coordination with the production team to deliver high-quality apparel.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and address any concerns proactively.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, team needs, and opportunities to elevate Diaza’s presence in the soccer community.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales and account management , preferably in sports, apparel, or a related industry.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills —you know how to connect with teams and understand their needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities —you can confidently close deals and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented —you can manage multiple accounts and orders without missing a beat.
  • Passion for soccer —bonus points if you understand the team culture and the customization process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
