Role Overview:

Mighty Dog Roofing is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand our market presence in Southeast Tampa. This on draw role offers uncapped earning potential with a direct link between your success and your income. This role demands high responsibility for self-generating leads, conducting appointments, and closing deals. Top performers will be eligible to receive qualified leads, but self-driven lead generation is essential for success in this role.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Bi-Weekly Pay: $500 per week against draw
• Uncapped Commissions : No ceiling on earnings
• Performance Bonuses : Additional opportunities to earn based on success

• W-2 Option : Includes health, vision, dental, and PTO along with gas card after a 90-day probationary period (can elect to be paid as 10-99 Independent Contractor)

Role Responsibilities:

• Self-generate leads through canvassing, networking, and relationship-building
• Engage with homeowners to assess repair and reroof needs
• Provide accurate, detailed estimates and close sales on-site
• Guide homeowners through insurance claim documentation and photo submissions
• Coordinate with the project management team for smooth project execution, from permitting to completion

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, ideally with 3-5 years in the home services industry
• Self-starter with a drive to exceed sales targets and generate leads independently
• Strong social and communication skills, with a professional demeanor
• Comfortable with climbing ladders or owning a drone for roof assessments
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (with an opportunity to earn a company vehicle through performance)
