Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Blue Cactus ABA in Mesa, AZ. The role involves conducting behavior analysis assessments, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis strategies, providing parent education, utilizing psychology principles, and managing behavior in individuals.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Parent Education and Behavior Management skills
• Background in Psychology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
