Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 USD

Position Description

The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department in various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and process administration. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Experience with Keka, an HRMS (Human Resource Management System), is preferred for this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts by managing job postings, assisting with candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate data entry and a seamless transition for new employees into the organization.
  • Oversee employee data management, including monitoring attendance, managing leave requests, and assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports related to employee performance, turnover, and other key metrics to support data-driven decision-making and HR initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including organizing schedules, preparing HR reports, and assisting with various HR projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills, both writing and verbally.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or related operations role.
  • Proven experience working with Keka HRMS or similar HR software.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
