HVAC or Construction Industry Experience Required

Location : South Bronx, New York (Onsite)

Compensation : $140,000 base + up to $40,000 in performance-based bonuses

Qualifications :

• 7–10+ years of senior HR leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employee engagement strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive cultural and organizational change.
