Provide process/production engineering support to a chemical plant. You will provide day to day support and optimization to the chemical plant. There is a good path to Operations leadership at this site. In addition to learning the process, there is also the opportunity to learn the business side of the operation and pick up skills in logistics, customer contact, and quality. There is a wide variety of learning opportunities at this low bureaucracy and non-union site.

• Troubleshoot and optimize the daily operations of the process
• Manage process parameters and support process control
• Identify and manage improvement projects
• Support maintenance and backfill for operations leadership
• Understand various formulations for the products
• Interact with R&D and Quality and the Lab
• Interact with and visit customers as developmental opportunities.
• Support the logistics area

BS CHE required. May consider a BS ME with appropriate experience.
