Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Manage financial processes for patient services, including obtaining and processing co-payments, deductibles, and self-payments, while ensuring accurate documentation of demographics, referrals, authorizations, billing codes, and diagnoses.
- Perform administrative duties such as patient check-in, appointment scheduling, answering phones, processing forms, and end-of-day reconciliation within established timeframes.
- Provide clerical support, orient new employees on department procedures, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and confidentiality standards.
