We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Change Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the change management process for our Workday implementation and ongoing updates. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday functionalities and the ability to effectively communicate and train end-users.

Job type: Contract, February- May 2025

Hours : part time, 24 hours a week, Tuesday-Thursday.

Pay: $42hr-$49hr

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of Workday.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Create and deliver training materials, user guides, and communication plans to support end-users.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users to ensure smooth transitions and optimal use of Workday.
• Identify and address any resistance to change and work to mitigate risks.
• Maintain documentation and track progress of change management activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in change management, preferably with Workday.
• Strong understanding of Workday functionalities and modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training and communication materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certification is a plus.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with other HRIS platforms.
