We are seeking a Teamcenter Administrator to provide essential application and server administration for our next-generation Integrated Product Support (IPS) landscape. In this role, you will support Future Vertical Lift (FVL) military programs and work with innovative tools such as Teamcenter , SLICwave , Windchill Quality Solutions , and more.

Pay Rate: $38 - $58 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a Teamcenter Expert : Lead the administration and support of Teamcenter and related applications, working closely with business leaders and users to implement technical solutions and enhancements.
- Design, Build, and Test : Collaborate in the design and deployment of systems and components for suite of IPS applications, including Teamcenter , Cortona 3D , and SLICwave , ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Sunset Legacy Systems : Manage the retirement process of older Teamcenter environments, transitioning critical functions like planning, tooling, and NC data to newer systems.
- Support the Engineering Team : Assist with patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting for other engineering applications, ensuring everything stays running smoothly.
- Creative Problem Solving : Develop solutions to minimize recurring issues, reducing manual troubleshooting tasks and improving efficiency across teams.
- Collaborate Across IT : Work with IT peers to ensure compliance with security controls , vulnerability management , and hardware/software requirements.
- Rapid Incident Resolution : Act swiftly to support incidents and outages, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Clear Communication : Provide transparent, responsive communication to business users, offering updates on issues, maintenance activities, and project progress.
- Document and Train : Create and maintain detailed support documentation, and mentor peers on technical processes and skill development.
Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Systems , Computer Engineering , or a related field.
- Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in application and Windows server administration .
- 5+ years of hands-on Teamcenter system administration with experience in implementation and upgrades .
- Skills :
- Strong understanding of user authentication technologies (Kerberos, SAML 2.0, LDAP).
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), capable of presenting complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with development, collaboration, and testing tools (JIRA, Git, SVN, or similar).
- Exposure to Logistics Systems and Service Bill of Material .
- Basic understanding of databases and database management .
- Strong organizational, analytical , multitasking , and time management skills.
- Ability to mentor and train peers on required skillsets and process knowledge.
