About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 6+ years of real estate law experience to join this prestigious team. In this role, you’ll handle complex, high-profile matters involving commercial, office, retail, industrial, residential, recreational, and mixed-use developments. This is a chance to provide strategic legal counsel while working on cutting-edge real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise individuals, businesses, and government entities on a variety of real estate transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts for land acquisition, leasing, ground leasing, development, financing, and construction.
- Provide guidance on municipal incorporation, annexation, subdivision, tax incentives, and zoning matters.
- Lead sophisticated real estate projects, including mixed-use developments and tax-structured transactions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions for financing, land use, and development strategies.
- Advise on ownership structures, with tax structuring experience considered a plus (but not required).
Qualifications
- 6+ years of real estate law experience, with a focus on commercial and mixed-use developments.
- Expertise in land acquisition, contract negotiation, leasing, and development.
- Strong understanding of zoning laws, municipal issues, and tax incentives.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- Exceptional analytical, drafting, and client relationship skills.
