  • Advise on ownership structures, with tax structuring experience considered a plus (but not required).

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of real estate law experience, with a focus on commercial and mixed-use developments.
  • Expertise in land acquisition, contract negotiation, leasing, and development.
  • Strong understanding of zoning laws, municipal issues, and tax incentives.
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Exceptional analytical, drafting, and client relationship skills.

Why Join This Firm?

  • Competitive Compensation: $200,000–$350,000, based on experience.
  • Path to Partnership: Clear partnership potential within five years.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Full health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families.
  • Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with employer contributions ranging from 11%–15%.
  • Generous PTO: Includes a full week off during the holiday season.
  • Work Flexibility: Enjoy a hybrid schedule with three remote workdays each week.

Interview Process

  1. Initial Interview: Conducted via Zoom or onsite with members of the real estate team (45 minutes–1 hour).
  2. Second Interview: Onsite or Zoom meeting with additional team members and partners (approximately 2 hours).
  3. Final Stage: Offer discussion and formal presentation.
